Terms of service
These terms apply when the BoutoThrough inference service is made available through an authorized routing partner or a direct commercial agreement.
Service
We provide access to declared open-weight model endpoints on a best-effort basis, subject to the model capabilities, context limits, rate limits, and maintenance state published by the API or routing partner.
Authorized access
You may use the service only with valid credentials and in compliance with applicable law, the routing partner’s terms, and the applicable model license. You may not probe for unauthorized access, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Usage and billing
Usage is measured from prompt, completion, and any separately declared token categories returned by the API. Pricing, credits, invoicing, refunds, and payment timing are controlled by the routing partner unless a direct agreement says otherwise.
Outputs and model limitations
Model outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or high-impact decisions.
Availability
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access for security, maintenance, capacity, nonpayment, or policy reasons. Published performance figures are measurements under stated conditions, not guarantees for every request.
Intellectual property
Customers retain rights they hold in their inputs and receive any rights in outputs allowed by applicable law and the model license. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. BoutoThrough does not claim ownership of the Qwen model family.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. BoutoThrough disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the preceding 30 days, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Service questions can be raised through the authorized routing partner; a direct domain contact will be published before production launch.
