Privacy policy
BoutoThrough, based in Shanghai, China, is designed to process model requests with minimal data collection. This policy describes the intended production behavior of our inference API and website.
Request content
Prompts, attachments, and generated completions are processed only to fulfill the request. We do not retain request or response content after the request completes, and we do not use it to train or improve models.
Operational metadata
We may retain non-content service metadata—including request identifier, timestamp, model identifier, token counts, latency, and response status—for up to 30 days for billing reconciliation, reliability measurement, and abuse investigation.
Credentials
API credentials are used only to authenticate requests. Raw credentials are not written to application logs. Customers should never place credentials or secrets inside prompts.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may transit infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and the routing platform that submits the request. We disclose data when legally required or when necessary to protect the service from abuse.
Security and requests
We use access controls, encrypted transport, rate limits, and restricted logs appropriate to a small inference provider. Privacy or deletion requests can be raised through the provider contact channel shown by the routing platform. A direct domain contact will be published before production launch.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date before they apply to new requests.
